Recruitment at Pi Lambda Phi is a process that has neither beginning nor end. We recognize that the perfect brother can be anywhere, and in order to capitalize on our recruitment opportunities, we operate all throughout the year. Our recruitment process is values-based: we look for men whose belief systems are consistent with our own. These men hold themselves to high self-standards and are not afraid to let their strong individuality permeate those around them.
